 The Americans with Disabilities Act

The Infinite Scholars Program and all community partners agree to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §12101etseq. (ADA) and its implementing regulations.  The ADA provides comprehensive civil rights to individuals with disabilities in the area of employment, public accommodations, state and local government services, and telecommunications.
